How many of us sync up with them 30 days after move-in and never again? How many of us explain to a new resident and their family what to expect, in detail, during their first several weeks with us? Borrow and tweak this timeline to create a better resident and family experience, build trusting relationships, set transparent expectations, and intervene quickly when things steer off course.
