Leadership & Caring Culture Webinar
Hi there,
We just wrapped our Leadership & Caring Culture live webinar, and the audience data tells a story worth sharing.
We had 500 registrants sign up, with 276 attending live, and most of them stayed engaged from start to finish.
The room included corporate leadership from some of the largest operators in the country. Regional Directors and VP-level attendees from Complete Care Management, Atrium Living Centers, and Genesis Healthcare were all present alongside the facility-level administrators who make up the majority of our audience.
(industry avg: ~35–45%)
to at least one live poll
across 4 questions
That 77% poll participation is the part that matters most. These weren't passive viewers waiting for the recording. They were actively engaged, answering real questions about their facilities, their leadership challenges, and their biggest operational pressures.
"68% of attendees named staff retention and morale as their single biggest challenge right now."
We also asked attendees where they felt they had the most room to grow as leaders. The top answers all circled the same theme: behavioral self-awareness. Demonstrating empathy while maintaining accountability, self-reflection, and avoiding unintentional culture drift together accounted for 84% of responses.
62% Administrators / NHAs, the licensed operator in the building, with direct purchasing influence
7% Executive Directors, facility-level leadership with operational authority
10% C-Suite, VP, and Regional Directors, corporate decision-makers with budget authority across multiple facilities
58% SNF / Post-Acute, with the balance split across CCRCs, AL communities, non-profit faith-based operators, and government/VA facilities
~40% from known multi-facility operators, including RDO and VP-level attendees from Complete Care Management (~78 facilities), Atrium Living Centers (~46 facilities, employee-owned), and Genesis Healthcare (~175–200 facilities)
42 states represented across the full attendee list
Our webinar partner on this event, Informed Medical, had five minutes in front of that room to walk through their value props directly with a live, engaged audience. They'll also receive direct access to all registrant contact information for follow-up. Engagements like this create real pipeline.
We have a limited number of webinar sponsorship slots available for 2026. If a topic-aligned placement makes sense for your team, reply and we can walk you through what it could look like.
