Gratitude challenge

Time for this week's gratitude challenge.

Sometimes we need to shake up our to-do lists and leave them for another day.

This week I challenge you to spontaneously end the day early for your team and get them out of the building for a fun activity.  Unannounced.  

Bowling, happy hour, apple picking, lunch, whatever.

Get them out of the door early and home early.

Trust me, they will remember it.
